Your Fall 2026 Checklist to BTÌìÌÃCommitment Consideration
Meet all checklist requirements by May 4, 2026Ìýfor program consideration.
✓ Admission:ÌýApply as aÌýfirst-time freshman & have all of required admission documents plus test scores submitted.
✓ Arkansas Resident: Be an Arkansas resident & a graduate from an Arkansas public school, private school, homeschool, or GED recipient.
✓ FAFSA: Ìý& add us using UCA’s school code 001092.
✓ Income: Be Pell-eligible OR have an annual household income of $100,000 or less.
✓ Arkansas Challenge: Ìý& provide us with documentation.*
✓ BTÌìÌÃCommitment Application:Ìý
*You do not have to receive funding from FAFSA or the Arkansas Challenge Scholarship to participate in BTÌìÌÃCommitment;Ìýthese steps are simply part of the eligibility process.Ìý

Submitting Your ADHE (Arkansas Challenge) Documentation
Option 1: Email Forwarding
This option is the easiest. Once you complete the application you will receive a confirmation email. You can forward this to the BTÌìÌÃCommitment Office as an acceptable proof of application.
- Log into your email.
- Look for the “Thank you for submitting an application” email from
SAMS.PortalSupport@ade.arkansas.gov or SAMS.SystemAlert@ade.arkansas.gov. - Forward this email to commitment@uca.edu.

- Remember, screenshots won’t do; we need the original email to process your application.
Option 2: PDF Confirmation
If you cannot locate your confirmation email, this is an alternative option to get access to your application submission. You can download the page as a PDF or take a screenshot.
- and head to the homepage with your name and your active applications.
- Use the print option in your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox) to “print the website.”
- Save this as a PDF file.
- Email the PDF file to commitment@uca.edu.
FAFSA Information
UCA’s FAFSA School Code:Ìý001092
- To ensure BTÌìÌÃreceives your FAFSA information, enter our school code 001092Ìýwhen you fill out your FAFSA.
- If you didn’t do this, it is okay. You are able to log back in, edit your FAFSA and add it.
- We do not need any additional documentation sent to us to confirm your FAFSA submission, we only need you to send your FAFSA to BTÌìÌÃusing the school code.
ÌýHearing Back on BTÌìÌÃCommitment
- Students who provide all required documentation by the deadline and meet all required eligibility criteria will automatically be considered opted-in to the BTÌìÌÃCommitment program.
- We’ll communicate with students regarding their status through the email associated with their BTÌìÌÃapplication and their BTÌìÌÃcub email address.
